We have treat the sea urchin of Santa Barbara production. Santa Barbara is one big sea urchin producing area. Because there are advantage condtion that is the cold sea current from Alaska and there are lots of kelp is for feed of sea urchin, it grow big and stuffed full.

The sea urchin used in Maruhide Uni Club manufacture what was pickled up in Santa Barbara soon at our own factory and uses them for our menu.

“Uni Club” is a restaurant of “complete reservation system” which opens only when fresh rice is received.

Because we want you to taste the fresh taste, it will be sales limited.

We serve the live sea urchin that arrived on that day, we will also serve “Uni Gozen”, “Seafood Gozen” etc.
